How to transfer USD₮ to Cosmos chains with a single click?

This article provides a walkthrough of transferring USD₮ from Kava EVM to any Cosmos IBC-enabled appchain with the one-click solution.

Step One:

Go to 'Transfer' under the ‘Tools’ tab and select ‘USD₮’ in the Asset's dropbox list if needed.

Step Two:

Select ‘Kava EVM’ as the Sending Chain and connect your MetaMask Wallet. Also, select one of the Cosmos IBC-enabled appchains as the Receiving Chain and connect one of your preferred Kava IBC wallets (Trust Wallet, Ledger, Keplr Desktop). After connecting both wallets, input the amount of USD₮ you want to transfer and click ‘transfer’ to send USD₮ to a selected Cosmos IBC-enabled appchain.

Step Three:

After clicking on 'Transfer,' please take a moment to review the transaction in your MetaMask wallet's signature request. This will show you the transfer details, including the Kava and selected Cosmos IBC-enabled appchain addresses. Ensure that all the details are correct before signing the transaction.

The transaction will involve two message signings: transferring USD₮ from Kava EVM to Kava IBC and then from Kava IBC to the selected Cosmos IBC-enabled appchain.

Step Four:

Once you have signed the transaction with your MetaMask wallet, please wait a few minutes (it may take up to ten minutes) for the transfer to go through. This transfer involves two separate steps. First, USD₮ will be transferred from Kava EVM to Kava IBC using an internal bridge. Then, USD₮ will be transferred from Kava IBC to a selected Cosmos IBC-enabled appchain, which initiates an IBC transfer.

Once the transfer is complete, please check your USD₮ balance in your preferred IBC-compatible wallet. You should see that your USD₮ balance has been updated on the selected Cosmos IBC-enabled appchain.
