Transfer HARD to and from Kava Cosmos and Kava EVM

Users can interact with Kava Cosmos using Keplr or Trust Wallet and with Kava EVM using OKX or MetaMask. For this step-by-step tutorial, we use Keplr and MetaMask.

Multiple exchange platforms support HARD exclusively through the Kava Cosmos chain. Therefore, you should transfer HARD to a Cosmos-compatible wallet application, such as Keplr or Trust Wallet, using the deposit address that begins with 'kava1...'.

Transfer HARD to Kava EVM

1. You can navigate to the Transfer page using the Kava web app.
2. Connect your Keplr Wallet extension to the Kava app, then select HARD from the asset dropdown list.
3. Set Kava IBC as the 'Sending Chain' and Kava EVM as the 'Receiving Chain.' After selecting Kava EVM as the ' Receiving Chain, ' you will be asked to connect the MetaMask Wallet extension to the Kava web app.
4. Please enter the total amount of HARD tokens you would like to transfer to the Kava EVM and sign the transaction from Keplr's transaction popup as required.

Transfer HARD to Kava Cosmos

1. You can navigate to the Transfer page using the Kava web app.
2. Connect your MetaMask Wallet extension to the Kava app, then select HARD from the asset dropdown list.
3. Set Kava EVM as the 'Sending Chain' and Kava IBC as the 'Receiving Chain.' After selecting Kava IBC as the ' Receiving Chain, ' you will be asked to connect the Keplr Wallet extension to the Kava web app.
4. Please enter the total amount of HARD tokens you would like to transfer to the Kava IBC and sign the transaction from MetaMask's transaction popup as required.
